Some important operational processes are delineated below:
The basket keeping objects once placed at the load station is automatically transported from one to another chamber
The basket resides in each tank for stipulated time. That is ensured through synchronized timer
The pre-programmed time also called a cycle time will be same for each tank. If the cycle time is set 3 minutes, it means one basket would thoroughly be cleaned and made ready to unload at every 3 minutes.
If the basket remains inside the tank, the chain will stop. This is obtained with the help of limit switches
Chains: Rolon made, are highly significant component of high-end material handling systems that maintain the suitable thickness. The chains are passed through heat treatment through employing cutting-edge technology. The sprockets with integrated double ball bearings are mounted on the "C"channel frames which are set up on both opposite sides of cleaning system. The pair of chains functions in uni direction, and suspended with the connecting rod made of S.S. at every pitch distance. The chain position is provided with adequate tensioning outfit to make the chain operative throughout the function.
It also embodies a conveyor that is driven by high-quality reduction gear box and high-tech HP motor. A torque limiter is embedded in the system for protecting the equipment in case of any emergency or damage or crash. If the limit of torque exceeds the pre-determined value, the chain slips, shielding the drive & the system.

Important operational process is mentioned below:
The basket containing objects once piled onto the load chamber, will automatically be moved from one chamber to another.
The basket stays in the tank for pre-decided time period. That can be obtained through the synchronized timer
The pre-decided time will be same for every tank, is known as a cycle time.
If 3 minutes is set as a cycle time, it means, one basket would be completely cleaned and be geared up for unloading at unload station after every 3 minutes
When the basket is placed inside the tank, chain will halt. This can be ensured through limit switches

The sprockets with integrated ball bearings are thrust on the "C"channel frame that is erected on the opposite sides of cleaning plants.
The pair of chains operates in uni direction, plunging the connecting rod made of S.S. at each pitch distance. The traveling path of chain is outfitted with high-performing tensioning device in order to keep the chain operative throughout the operation.
It also embodies a conveyor that is carried by reduction gear box and HP motor. A torque limiter is also set in the system for protecting the drive and system, in case any emergency or crash occurs. If torque limit outreaches the pre-decided value, the chain slips, and protects the drive & the system
